Can the Judge say no

Can I go to Court and the judge refuse to declare the RB?

Or could the OR make it hard for me if it is granted?

Thanks

Some of the reasons a judge wouldn't grant your petition is

    if you weren't insolvent
    you didn't take advice

I don't see a problem then! I wasn't asked if I had taken advice but many others are. In fact, I didn't even see a judge.

Please try not to worry. Have you filled in your reasons for bankruptcy?

    yeah told the truth

was ill was in and out of hospital and got very depressed, and everyone was offering me credit
then in 2005 really struggling but got a new job and good bonus so could pay what I said I would
then was ill again and couldn't pay but did our best and the bonuses started to get smaller and couldn't afford to live any longer so took some advice

You'll be fine curly! It is the stress leading up to bankruptcy that is the hardest, the BR itself is easy!

sounds awful I am hoping once my other half is BR aswell (about another 2 months to save the £510) I will sleep at night, I've not slept well for 7 years

I didn't want to tell people as I was so scared but when provident barged in to my house even after paying them I was so scared so spoke to my boss who gave me the number for CCCS and they were great

Sorry for my rant at that person earlier, you are right 99% of you are lovely

    Thank you so much

Well just think once OH is BR as well you won't have any creditors hounding you anymore and you can actually start living again! You'd be surprised what an affect stress has on your health!
