Flexi Bars

Options
hello,

i am thinking of getting one of these, following an operation im struggling to be able to lift anything ( abdominal muscles were cut tthrough the op)

i have lost a lot of weight since the op (and no it wasnt a gastric band or anything! ) and have got quite a bit of loose skin around the top of my arms and legs, so i want to start toning up and start getting my strength back.

has anyone ever used one of these?? what did you think???
Please be nice to all moneysavers!

lol they take a bit of getting used to... but are great for graded exercise and you can do as little or as much as you like.

Take your time...if you can hold a rhythm then you can use a flexibar!!
