If you Google dreamstorage.net reviews you will find out some information.

    dreamstorage.net Complaints - Fake

You may think that you are buying real goods, you aren't. No where does it mention that these goods are poor immitations. Tried buying some Dior perfume and what I got was some extremely disgusting smelling liquid that give you a very bad headache. When you ask them for a refund they mysteriously go quiet and just because you are buying through paypal doesnt mean you are covered.
To be avoided at all costs
  • Thanks....I'll give it a wide berth

Just thought I'd add my experience. I ordered last weekend and emailed them for an update at the end of last week. They replied almost immediately, but my order status still hadn't changed this morning, so I googled them. I read all of the comments I could find (all negative unfortunately) so emailed them again asking to cancel the order. To their credit, they replied within a couple of hours and I've had a refund confirmation from the payment company.

I can't comment on the goods as I hadn't received anything, but the customer services seemed very good. Lesson learned! I will make sure I google any new company BEFORE I place an order.
  • I too have had a similar experience with these muppets.
It looks tike there have been many victims over a long period of time looking at other online forums. Why oh why are these punks allowed to do this? Why has nothing been done to stop them?

I ordered D&G light blue which cost me £34.00 with them on the 5th November 2009 and I have not received anything. Not even a fake bottle, which is probably what I would receive if I did get anything.

I have sent them an email today demanding my money back, but I'm not hopeful.

I purchased this from my Barclays Debit Card. Can I class it as fraud and claim through Barclays does anyone know?

Any info would be much appreciated.

I bought from them 2 perfumes a year ago. First when I contacted them about shipping they responded immediately. Then after 3 weeks still my items have not arrived. So I contacted them. They said that have some problems with paypal (close Paypal account) and they will refund money. Untill today I haven't received anything from them. No perfumes no money, nothing. They just rip me off for 110$!!!! I have send them at least 20 emails demanding my money back, but no answer. They just ignore me. They are THIEVES!!!! stay away!!!

I don't know who allows this robbers to do this for such a long time. Can't police put them in jail where every robber belongs?

Thanks for your help on this one, nearly went for it but a quick conscience check proved good. One tell was the spelling mistakes on the website.

There must be someone looking into this company?

Not sure it would be classed as fruad as you willingly added your details/paid. But theres no harm in asking them
  • Hi,

I too placed an order with this company, luckily I use my credit card for all transactions, so I should be able to get a refund.

Can I suggest that you all contact your local trading standards and complain, this is what I have done. If there are enough complaints Trading Standards will have to act upon the complaints accordingly, albeit they are very short staffed.

I ordered 26/11/09, still not arrived today, so called their office in Felixstowe and spoke to a lady who confirmed she does not work for Dreamstorage she just takes calls and passes the message to the owner, via e-mail I presume. I advised that I required a refund in full today and if this was not received I would contact Trading Standards and report them to my credit card company for fraud.

To anyone who hasn't paid via credit card, send them a letter via recorded delivery and keep a copy. Request they refund you in full in 10 working days and you can forward all your correspondence to trading standards for them to review and hopefully take some action.

I hope this may help some others.

Hi, same problem here. coincidently at a very similar date to you. I contacted barclays straight away. If you havent already resolved this its worth contacting your bank. You have to go through to the card disputes dept. They'll send you some forms to fill in. Barclays are disputing this for me now and should here back beginning feb. Hope we both get refunded what we're owed! good luck!
  • Set of crooks.I placed an order in nov 09 and have received nothing. When i emailed them i got a reply saying it was maybe held up in customs.Lying foreign scumbags.
