Hi all
Following on from my thread here :-
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/....html?t=207470
I have been trawling through all the various mortgage sites Martin has recommended, and come up with a short(ish) list.
The best deals I have found, after totalling up the monthly repayments, adding on all the fees, legals etc are from Nationwide.
4.77% - 24 month Tracker £189 fees (inc Discharge) +£60 rebate
5.34% - 24 month Fixed £189 fees (inc Discharge) +£60 rebate
5.38% - 36 month Fixed £189 fees (inc Discharge) +£60 rebate
5.48% - 60 month fixed £189 fees (inc Discharge) +£60 rebate
I now need a IFA / broker !
Please PM me, and we can have a discussion, on the mortgages I have found and any better deals you may be able to find.
I would like to use one of you guys on here, your chance to make few quid, and mine to save some !
TIA
