I got all the stuff i wanted in store today (dressing gown, be delicious set, pjs, john rocha wrap) but i am so angry at the online order.

My OH ordered over £200 worth of things and he has a separate billing and delivery (just moved) and they sent it all to his billing in N.Ireland. he rang to complain and they said 'oh yeah sometimes it can take upto an hour to change the addresses'. They said they couldnt do anything about it, so now we either have to pay for it all to get shipped over here or wait for another 3 weeks when they can bring it over.

So annoyed, if its their fault why should we have to pay extra for the postage? Cant take it back to a Debs there because it was brought on a card. So unhelpful.

I have taken stuff back that i brought on a visa card, what card have you got? might be worth giving them a quick ring at your local branch to find out if you can take it back in store? most sotres do take it back providing you have the card you paid for the item with. HTH

Ahh ok i got the pink one the slightly more expensive one maybe they are different in design. I dont think its you being thick i think its me being confusing! The one we brought from what i can tell online from other pics you can either use batterys or plug it into the mains what i wasnt sure of was wether it comes with an adaptor to plug into the mains or if you have to buy one seperately. sorry for the confusion :o i think it might only be the pink £28 one that plugs into mains
