Evans Clothing returns with missing receipt Can I get a refund??

I bought something in store recently but I have lost the receipt and I want to return it. Does anyone know Evans return policy is?

  • If it still has the label on it then you should be able to get an exchange in store for the current selling price. This might be lower than you paid if the item is now reduced. If you paid by card a copy of your statement could be used to prove purchase and you could get a refund that way.

    It's only a game

You will be able to get exchange or gift card at current selling price providing it is in the original state as sold. Unfortunately no refund without receipt, unless faulty.

I work for Evans. without a receipt you will only get the price that comes up on the tills. May be full price or may be a fiver but we can only give that price back. You will be offered an exchange or a gift card that can be used in any arcadia stores (dps, burtons etc)

If you paid with a credit card, a copy of the statement with the purchase on it, will suffice.
