Yeah, here's my recommendation - enclose some soap in the package.

Are their any duty laws for packages within EU. I mean, if I buy or send a parcel to any EU country over the value of £20 do I/they pay duty?0

I'd recommend https://www.parcel2go.com they use DHL and have some very reasonable rates.0

If you use parcel2go (who use DHL) the cost will actually be less than going through DHL themselves, as some of the discount parcel2go get from DHL seems to be passed on to the customer. another company similar to parcel2go is, I think, called "fastlane".
Also, there shouldn't be any duty payable on goods shipped within EU.0 -
Well I cant sleep its too warm
Problems with parcel2go are well documented on the web, failed pickups lost parcels ect and getting a refund is nigh on impossible.
I sent a server 40KG+ to spain last december using UPS and the cost was about £40 I think. Just ask for a discount most places will give you some kind of discount as parcels2go do undercut everyone get quotesfrom all the companies you can think of and then phone your chosen company and just mention a price you have received and see what they can do.
They will want to know all dimensions of the parcel and the weight and value.
