Does the OR ask you to provide recent evaluations or do they arrange for an independent one to be done?

I provided one estate agent's valuation and a mortgage redemption statement for mine and that was enough. Others are different, but that's all mine wanted to see.BR 08/04/09 | ED 02/10/09

Some OR's may just ask for an estate agents valueation, some want 3. Some just do a drive by themselves and decide what it is worth.

mine accepted one valuation and redemption certificate all went really quick had the letter telling me how much money they wanted within a couple of months0

I had to provide 3 estate agents' valuations (or surveyor's valuation) and mortgage redemption statement.
