got this qoted to me on 60% shared equity.
I have made a calculation and affordability assessment based on the information you gave me.
1) The mortgage would be £76,500 over 25 years.
2) 100%
3) The two loans mentioned in your enquiry form for a total of £530 per month would be paid off before the mortgage starts.
4) Some past adverse credit.
£76,500 is possible. The repayments would be £743 per month for the firs 12 months, then £855 per month thereafter.
100% is acceptable as is the past adverse credit (no further adverse credit in the last 6 months)
Please let me know if you would like a full quote and illustration.
Regards
what sort of interest rate is this.
wont be going for it. if i did i would be better taking my pants down and taking it like a man.:rotfl:

Who has quoted you this?
They should've sent you a KFI (key facts ilustration) which would include the interest rate.

Its a broker who deals in shared equity mortgages. its not a full quote and illustration, its an affordability assesment (spelling) and calcualtions on my incomings and outgoings. Dont want one if thats the repayments.
