It says at 'your local' fat face store. It should say selected its ver misleading. Shame its not them all.

My local one is only a small one and the saleslady told me they were running the promotion.

I think at those 6 specific stores, they have a "Big Foot" in store but they are running the sticker promotion in other stores.

This was a total bust, or at least it was in my local store in Beverley. Foolishly thinking it would prove popular, I got there at 8.30am expecting to queue. Looked rather foolish as it was just my & my partner... When they opened, we had a look around for half an hour (just us two in the shop the whole time!) to no avail... I finally asked where the stickers would be located on the lucky items, and they said it didn't start until 11am.
This was interesting, because surely if there were stickered items out there, they couldn't keep them hidden while 11am. They would have to put them out in full view of the customers. So I went back at a few minutes to 11am, and the staff weren't putting any new items out, or putting stickers anywhere. But when I asked, I was told that since it was 11am now the promotion had started.
The staff were very vague, and didn't really seem sure what was going on at all. The 11am start was weird as there was no mention of that on any promotional material. Seems to me like they just kinda made that up...
My theory is that they failed to publicise the event properly, and due to a very poor turn-out, so they decided not to go ahead with it. The few people like us who did turn up got fobbed off with vague excuses.
Don't get me wrong - this was supposed to be a contest, and so I was perfectly prepared to come out of it empty-handed. But I now suspect that they're not playing fair, and that grates with me.
If anyone actually did manage to get a stickered item for free, please mention it here as I'd be really interested to know whether any of the stores went ahead.

I went to the Kingston store at about 2pm today. Didn't manage to find a stickered item, but we saw people taking stickered items to to the desk, and the salespeople assured us there were lots of items still out there.

Interesting - caveat/T&Cs print-out on the sales desk made reference to the promotion being for 'instant win scarves' - however, the sales staff told us there were stickers on all kinds of products, not just the scarves.

They did well out of us anyway - bought a jumper (£15 off ) and some slippers!

I went to Kingston as well today, couldn't find a thing both me and ds looked at nearly every item - anyway on our way out they were giving out a bag with free scarf in it ds well chuffed (worth 17.50) was worth it!!!
