River Island top help!

Hi,

Wonder if anybody can help me,looking for a River Island top its yellow in colour with a side zip, and a tiger's head design on the front,in a size 18.

Unfortunately I have been in hospital after having surgery and when I came out it was soldout online and none of the stores in Birmingham have it.

Any help much appreciated

It might help if you phone around all the stores and then do a new post saying shopper wanted in " Birmingham" for example.....

have you asked your local store if they can order it from another branch? Depends how helpful they are feeling I suppose as I guess it would mean them phoning around to find one (but anytime I've worked in retail we've done this no problem) Just don't ask when they are manically busy!

iloveriverisland, I had a similar problem where I saw a top instore and it was sold out when I wanted to buy it. I spoke to Customer Services (to be honest had no idea how they could help but figured it was worth a try) but nope, they were absolutely useless. In the end I had to trail eBay until I found one in my size. I'm sure I've seen the top you're talking about on there during the search for mine!

Unfortunately I also live in Birmingham so there's no point me having a look for you. However there are a few groups online (mostly on LiveJournal- worth getting one just to join, but there are other clothes-dedicated forums) where people ask for an item of clothing and helpful people will tell you where they've seen it- or even get it for you and post it on after you've paid them back.

Good luck finding it.

Thanks for all your replies, looked on e-bay but no luck and also phoned River Island Customer Services who told me that they do have size 18 in stock but not in Birmingham area and they can't transfer clothes from one branch to another, just going to keep on looking on e-bay.

What branch is it in?

only branch that has it in stock is Leicester - Fosse Park

Just phoned R. I. customer services, unfortunately all sold out in a size 18 so if anybody knows anyone selling this top plz let me know.
