It was posted somewhere because thats how I found out about it .
Be sure to register a few different emails addresses if your planning a few trips to the store as all vouchers are unique ( tip given to me by B&Q employee when some of the stuff I wanted was out of stock and due in today but I needed to use the voucher yesterday for other stuff I couldnt wait for )

PLEASE BE AWARE OF B&Q PRICING
Just got back from B&Q, I had gone to buy a garden shredder which I saw on Monday priced at £189. Went in today to buy it and avail of the 15% discount. I found the price had increased to £199.98. Surely this practise is not right, increasing prices before a sale?
Anyway I did not buy the shredder and when I got home I spoke to Customer services who told me that it is not illegal and they can change prices at any time.

    Please check before you buy.

I have also experienced wrong prices in B&Q today, 4 items out of 8 that I purchased were overcharged compared to the shelf edge labels. One of the managers immediately appologised and authorised a refund of the difference. Overheard the staff talking about and seems that they are aware of a "problem" with some of the SELs.
Wonder if B&Q are trying to offset the 15% voucher publicised on here.

Suggest that you write down the prices as you go round.

Homebase do this all the time when they have their 10% days.

Why did you not buy the shredder? You'd still have saved money albeit not as much - £169.98 rather than the £189 you saw it at on Monday?

    It's only a game
