have I ruined my bread dough?!

I attempted to make bread last night and did the first prove then left in the fridge overnight. However I overslept this morning and didn't have time this morning to cook the dough.. will it be ruined being in the fridge all night and day or will it be OK to cook after work?!!!

I normally prove mine overnight in the fridge for 24 hours. Not sure if that helps ? I would say it will be fine. xA little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men :cool:

It will be fine - and you will probably find that the flavour is much better check out the artisan bread thread the dough for that is kept in the fridge for up to a weekBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light
