    I've been Money Tipped!
    re HGV/LGV driving, france I knowoperated a schemehelping women into the industry. Its expensive to do the test, and I don't think the pass rate is fantastic...there are companies advertising on the net with ''guranteed'' work but I don't know how good they are.

    Absolute pile of !!!!!!.
    I bet more money will be spent on the staff running this scam, their pensions, their offices, their expenses, their IT equipment, their cleaning bill, their electric bill etc.... than will be spent on the people it is meant to help.

    Creating jobs is none of the government's business.

    All we need is smaller government, sound money and less taxation.

    You would soon see unemployment drop as there would be an incentive for employers and employees alike.

    Unfortunately, p1ssing money down the drain and dressing it up as "policy" in a bid to get re-elected is all the government know.
