Company moving pay office abroad NI contributions?

can anyone tell me what happens to my NI contributions when my company has moved its pay office abroad.
I have been told that there may be a shortfall in my state retirement pension fund.
The company no longer contributes its share of NI to the government.
Clarification please.

Is it a UK company ?,AFAIK just becasue the pay office has been moved abroad wont exempt them from employers NI and certainly wont exempt you from paying UK NI contributions, its your employee NI contributions that pay towards your State Pension, the employers side is basically a tax on them for employing you.
Deepnding on the situation, you MAY need to arrange to pay your own NI, but very unlikely by the sounds of it:the employer is exempt from the provisions of SSCBA 1992, for example, they have no place of business in Great Britain and are not willing to make voluntary payment (see NIM33000).I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.0
