I can't get into the Ipsos Gift Area. Anyone else having trouble?

Sorry if I have put this in the wrong place but I saw Valued Opinions here and thought it might be right.

Thanks to everyone who tried to help at last I have managed to get into the gift area but only with the help of a kind member of this forum.

I had the same problem when i joined Ipsos. Basically wait till your next survey invitation. You see the link that you click in order to take you to the survey? Well the last bit of it, which consists of numbers, thats your panel id. Just copy and paste it.
