i'm sure sing it is only kids ones... singstar is more older i think... someone may correct me but i have both sing it & singstar and haven't noticed a difference

Sing it is more Disney songs aimed at the age range who watch HSM etc.

I haven't even heard of those songs so i stick with singstar!

If I buy the PS3 HSM3 Sing It Game with free microphones, I am assuming the microphones will be able to be used with Singstar Games?

OR, If I buy the PS2 Game with Mics, will those Mics work with a PS3?

It's just that I have bought a PS3 for Xmas, so not clued up about these things!

It's not a daft question zippy - I don't know the answer either!

Hopefully someone in the know will come along soon. Failing that it might be worth ringing up a shop that sells them and checking.

Yes if you buy the ps3 sing it with microphones they also work with singstar they are actually singstar branded mics.

I'm not sure if the ps3 mics work with ps2 or vice versa.

Just googled this for you - seems that both the game and wired mic's work with the PS3 as you use the usb dongle that comes with them.

Not sure that the mics in the HSM pack will work with Singstar games, but Singstar mic's may work with the HSM game.
