Firstplus loan not marked as Settled

I've just recently noticed that an old Firstplus secured loan account on my credit file does not read as Settled, instead it says £337cr. Around the time the secured loan was paid off they took an extra months payment which I then had to chase them for, eventually I received this payment refund.
My question: Does the fact that this old account is not marked as Settled mean that lenders will read this as a live active account and consequently impact my credit score?

Thanks, do you know if Firstplus are compelled by any rules or regulations to correct this information? Usual story with these companies, I call Firstplus who tell me that the CRA have to correct the information, call CRA and they say that Firstplus have to correct the information :mad:0
