Botox is what you need. Best time to start this is in your thirties.0 -

Hi Clairibel,
I would be really interested to know if others have tried the exercises, and if they think they work.
I have had the book and dvd for years. I used to do them when my son was little and he used to find it hilarious. Eva Fraser always used to get mentioned in books like the beauty bible and she used to be on chat shows a lot but this is the first time I have heard about her for a long time.
Mind you even if someone says they do work, I still probably wouldn't stick to the routine of doing it. Too scared of botox so I better just learn to love my laughter lines.0 -
I found these exercises online just a few days ago in another forum

Thanks for those Sparkly. I do a number of the exercises, but not particularly regularly - just when I remember. Do think they definitely help though.0

I have been doing facial exercises every morning for at least ten years and and they don't seem to make any difference - I've still got a double chin. I keep doing them though out of habit and also at the back of my mind I wonder if maybe I would have looked worse without them.
A few years ago I started doing even more that I saw in a magazine. I was doing them all the time and my husband kept telling me to stop pulling funny faces all the time especially in the car 'cos I was putting him off driving.
Anyway at that time I went to the doctor's with a sharp pain in my ear. He had a look and couldn't see anything wrong but wondered if it was something to do with my jaw alignment and advised me to see the dentist. When I came home and told my husband he said "I bet it's those ****** stupid exercises you've been doing". I stopped doing them and the pain went away, so just be careful. I have got a very loose jaw though - it makes a lot of noise if I eat a big crusty sandwich.0 -
