Loan fees/Sure thing loans
We got a loan with sure thing loans and they told us it would take 2 days to get it. We paid them £50 to get it and they messed us about and we got the loan from them over 2 weeks later. we asked for our loan fee back but they said no. We wanted the loan quick and paid for a fast loan but after waiting 2 weeks we think we should get the £50 back , can we claim it back ? I know they got us the loan but the point is we wanted and paid for a service we feel we did not get .
