Made Chilli on Friday - too late to freeze?

Hi there
Just need a little help. I made chilli con carne on friday and there was loads left over. Forgot to put it in the freezer though. Will it still be ok if I freeze it today?
Any advise will be greatly appreciated!

if you've stored it in the fridge it'll be fine
my rule of thumb is that if I'd still be happy to eat it, then it'll be ok to freeze0 -

If it's been kept in the fridge since Friday it should be fine to freeze today.

As long at it smells and looks OK and isan't 'breathing'. Remember tho freezing does not kill bacteria so eat it super-fast once its defrosted and heat fully.0
