The prize is a four night break for two adults to New York, which must be booked by 31 March 2010. The prize includes two economy flights (Winner and Guest) from a London airport, local transfers, 4 nights in a standard room on a room only basis.
All other expenses incurred and travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guest.

The prize must be taken between 4 January 2010 and 30 June 2010 inclusive, subject to availability. Blackout dates apply, these include school half term holidays and Easter holidays
The prize draw is open to any person over the age of 18 resident in the UK. Both the Winner and Guest must be over 18 years of age

All I get when I submit is ' Violation of PRIMARY KEY' whatever that means?

I only get the Keep In Touch form, hopefully it enters you into the competition for the NY trip

You should get a confirmation email and at the bottom of that it states you've been entered into the competition:

"PS - You've been automatically entered into our prize draw to win a Kuoni holiday to New York - good luck!"
