Time bar Hope

Looks like the claim handlers are about to mount a challenge about the early time bars. Brunel Franklin one of the major players has threatened the FSA/FOS with court action.

Let's hope they're succesful, conservative estimates puts the numer of people time barred on the strength of the original red letters at 500,000.
Let's also hope that the FOS explains why a red letter is different to an amber letter after all they both say the same thing!!

    Thanks Vinno65,i will be watching this case closely,FP are still trying to time bar me on one of my policies,funnily enough,they have just upheld two of my three complaints,so i am waiting for them to reply to my last letter,but this case,and your recent victory is all helps.
