I just saw this 'disclaimer' in the T & C's: We have the right to end the promotion should the number of applications exceed the circulation figures of the publication.

Think I must be thick but where do you enter the code??? cant see it anywhere. After about half an hour managed to register but cant see anywhere toi enter a code??? !!0
