Think the terms and conditions said within 7 working days, so if you haven't had anything by next tuesday/wednesday I'd start to worry and would email their help desk

is anyone else having problems with the cdwow site?
got 2 of the vouchers to use and it keeps going a bit funny and not letting me checkout or keep me signed in?! dead chuffed about the vouchers though
