I didn't get confirmation emails everytime.
If you check your order status it should show whether the order has gone through.
You may have to wait 24 hours for it to be processed on the site.
They deliver pretty quick, items usually despatched next working day.

I'd like to know what items were ordered using the COSMO code too.

i can confirm this has happened a few times, im an affiliate of asos and see all transactions which come throgh my site, and can see this has happened once for some lucky guy going through my site

actually on double checking the order through my site used the HSBC code but got £15 instead of 15% off so this could be a genuine bug. Ive treid buying all the items and putting the tranasaction through but one of the items is now out of stock so who knows

Thanks to mrme I got a few sparkly things for my daughter with £3 off and free postage at the end of November and I always meant to go back for a couple of matching items. Now I can with £5 off each item it makes for a good bargain and will do them separately according to Sparky's instructions. I tried putting £20 worth in the basket and used the Cosmo voucher but only got 20% off so will go back and do them indivually.

Great company to deal with as Sparky said, very fast delivery and one happy teenager

Oh forgot to mention I bought my own Christmas present from ASOS from my daughter and am very happy with it too. Its a large sparkly cross with pearls on the ends of the cross, not sure who it is in the style of but whoever I am sure I don't look anything like them at my age, lol

If I can remember correctly ::) My daughter picked out a butterfly purse, a sparkly bracelet and a ring .... can't remember what the forth item was ???  Just checked order status and it says 'Awaiting Despatch' .... does that mean they have processed it already and will post it in the morning? .... ohhhh, I do hope so ;D

Edit: just been back to the site again, 4th item was a hair clip .... all sparkly and pretty ;D

i was trying it and the cosmo one just kept coming up as 20% then i removed something from my basket clicked on checkout and then re-entered the code and it worked got £20 off so went back and added more got 3 nice items of jewellery for £1.50

can i get it to work again though NO!! >:( ;D
