Asda Popcorn £1

Asda currently have tubs of popcorn for the football at a £1. When we go to the cinema we always take our own juice however splash out on the popcorn as we have tried homemade but cannot get the taste quite right. The kids have had the Asda popcorn their last two visits and have been happy with it. It means they can have a sizeable tub each instead of sharing one. There is quite a long shelf life on the tubs (DEC 06) too but will only be available for a short time!
BTW They do it in both sweet and salted.

Our cinema won't let us take in food any more

I think they are so overpriced that no-one has been buying from them, hence the new rule.
had a word with the manager, he was sympathic but said no more food can come in......................they are doing ramdom checks on bags and I think you have to leave your food at a desk and collect it when you leave!
