Mortgage Interest Rate Protection Providers?

Hi, Does anyone know of any specialist insurance providers who offer mortgage protection against a significant mortgage interest rate increase? I know about Market Guard and Life Assure Online but just wondered if there were any others offering reasonable rates to protect a £500,000 mortgage up to a mortgage interest rate of 4.5%. Thanks in advance.
