  • Hi mate

First, before I can answer, what do you mean by 'ipa?

You aren't clear in your post exactly what advice you want

An IPA is a percentage of your surplus income you pay towards your creditors in bankruptcy.

Sorry sodapop, I'm not sure if it works the same in Scotland, hopefully someone there will be able to help soo, although it doesn't seem right as an IPA is an 'agreement'.

Hi, i to do not really know the scottish system, but they must be subject to the data protection act and so you should be able to see any material on your file
