Mortgage In Principle Cert

Do most lenders do mortgage in principle certs still nowadays? I am looking to buy a house and my income includes tax credits, long term dla etc. So to avoid any problems with the estate agents when putting an offer in I need to get a mortgage in principle certificate.

    Yes- you can still get a certificate with most lenders still
