Can I just throw something in the pot to think about?
I am always muttering about not trusting me new Coop account balance but I wonder if my old Lloyds account was not just as 'slow' but i'm just 'on the money' with transactions and making sure I have enough or don't go over drawn for a dreaded strike.0 -
perhaps we BR's are just a little bit more aware of the risk of OD?
since we don't [usually] have that 'safety net' of an overdraught?
I feel, being BR and using the likes of the Co-oP really does require a different mindset?
Something somewhat akin to that I had in my late teens, when I had a TSB [pre-Lloyds] account?
Now, THEY could really send a fearsome snootogram! No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0 -
Lots of great advice ! The problem for me is keeping track and budgeting, and there is no cash point near by , we are still suffering the aftermath of fees and catching up, so I dont have a buffer yet in the bank to keep away from the zero balance!
Hopefully once the expensive holiday season is over it will be possible :beer:0
