Hi, yeah it does say that at the bottom but without the number of points showing under the subtotal. The only place it actually says how many poiuts I've had is at the top in the 'your order' section and that only shows 1236 Is anyone else's the same?

Contact CS, they'll be able to see how many points are showing on your account and amend them if necessary.

I'll have to go check my emails now - I printed off my order confirmation from the site though, when I'd paid, and that definitely showed me the right amount of points (well, give or take - it was 1699 :rotfl:!)

    Hi,
Thanks to everyone who posts here for this info. I tried to do an online order but most of the toys I would like are out of stock. Does anyone know how quickly they tend to replenish stock? ie are they likely to restock later today or am I out of luck :(
    thanks,

I had everything I wanted to buy yesterday in my favourites online, I put them there last week. Unfortunately, one item was out of stock when I went to order yesterday. So I added another item, to take the total back up to just over £50, so I got all my extra points etc. Then I'll go instore and spend most of my new extra points on the one item that was out of stock online (as I know they have it instore).

I had a few back-up items written down on a list before I put through my order yesterday, so I would still be buying something I could put away for birthdays etc during the next year.

The art of being organised usually results in saving money. :T Top stuff, i use Boots and Amazon alot and their wishlist/favourites are an excellent way of keeping track of stuff you want to buy.

Slightly OT: If anyone knows of a site that can monitor prices of items you want and then email you, could they pm me please!

  • Hi guys, thanks for your replies. Just rang CS and the nice lady said I could only use one points offer at a time! So they took the best offer-the 1200 points and couldn't use the 500 pts offer aswell :-( Not sure if this has only happened to me, gutted...

I've had a chance to check my confirmation email - I've got the 1699 points I was expecting.

I think its right enough though, as far as Boots is concerned they probably don't expect the 2 lots of points to go through together ;). You win some, you lose some with this Bootsing lark.

I have always used a code at checkout when automatic points offers have been on. Only once have the points not been added, and this was sorted when i contacted CS. You could always ring up again and speak to someone else?
