I own a UK property. Will be putting it on the market shortly (early next year) but need to raise some capital to do repairs and pay off debt incurred here (Asia).
I am self employed in Asia and only UK income is the rental which is less than GBP10k p.a.
I understand that it will be nearly impossible to find a btl remortgage deal partly because I am non-UK resident and partly because of my low income (both in the UK and here).
Not talking about a huge sum, maybe GBP15000. What can anyone suggest?
