Found out i been paying finance for an MFI kitchen I never ordered, MFI made enquiries to black horse to see if i could raise the money, they couldnt lend me enough so i couldnt buy the kitchen. MFI never cancelled the mandate.
What rights do i have, do i have to pay for something i didnt ever get or in fact order.
I been paying £250 a month for 6 months thinking i was paying off some furniture i ordered, didnt know until i defaulted on my first payment to CSL......

Ofcourse you don't have to pay for something you never received. Get onto MFI now and tell them what has happend. Your money should be refunded fully and maybe some compensation for their mistake.
If you don't get any joy from them, go through Consumer Direct of contact the Financial Ombudsman.0 -
