Hope no one minds my bumping this but I noticed in the T&C's it says

Open to entries from within the B, CV, DY, GL & WR postcodes except those involved in the administration of the competition.

Am I assuming rightly that postcodes not mentioned above will not be included?
I live quite a way away but I'd have travelled there for such a wonderful prize.
