Sorry, I've been away a while and hadn't noticed your reply. I've gone through the website and can't find a way to cancel the subscription. I've tried going through the bank and trying to cancel the standing order but they won't do it - they say it has to go through the people I've got the standing order with. I know it's only 7 quid a month but for a service I very rarely use, I'd much rather have the money!!

Thats weird your bank won't let you cancel a standing order - surely if you tell them you have cancelled and they are no longer authorised to take the money from your account then they have to stop them?

You just need to contact them - via email with your details
