Filling In Forms (2)

In addition section 3.1 is asking about shares. I have 400 ordinary shares from my employer. if i leave i receive the £400 i paid for them however if the company is sold i will receive a lump sum value based on the share sale price.

also, it talks about pensions. i have a pension through work, at the moment it is on a salary sacrifice basis but will soon be moving to an employer contribution

I assume that i need to detail this information

  • Yes you need to disclose that on the forms. You can add information at the end end of the forms to clarify anything.
