Help! £3 for 3 presents

Its my oh's cousins birthdays tomorrow and they are triplets, i literally have £3 left in my purse to buy/make them something with. I already have cards for them but im stuck on presents. They will be 8 if thats any help with 1 girl and 2 boys. My oh suggested a bar of chocolate each but im sure i can come up with something better than that.

HB had really good art sets, last week 69p/79p - sorry, can't remember exactly. I got one each for my DCs for stocking fillers. They had loads of coloured paper, card, stickers, foil, tags, glittery paper etc. in. Would be fab for the age group you are after and you could add some cheap crayons/pencils or some choc too!

How about a gloves and scarf set for each of them? Again, poundand would probably be the best place to be honest.
  • surely if they are your OH's cousins they should be paying some money towards the presents aswell??

I picked up a little playdoh set in poundland a couple of weeks ago (actually I picked up 2!) they had 3 mini pots of playdoh and some cutters and they were only £1 (no really they were :rotfl:)

Thanks, i managed to pick up a magic set for each of the boys from poundland and a high school musical organiser set for the girl. Technically my oh paid for them as he's the one who goes out to earn the money i stay at home as a full time mum, its just been a tough month as the exhaust and oven both broke this month so that was £500 out of our savings and i have car tax due at the end of this month too so didn't want to spend money i didn't have.
