. I know its the right thing to do after I broke down in tears infront of my four year old daughter today . Cant go on living like this . She didnt understand and got upset seeing daddy that way. Made me feel a whole lot better !

Here is the link to find the court but it is a good idea to ring them to confirm and also see what system they operate and how many copies of the forms you need.

i also had a 'i can't go on like this' moment, rock bottom, something had to give and i didn't want it to be my health or sanity, i then started to do something about it. i think they call it the 'lightbulb moment' on here! the only way is up, you're looking at ways to deal with it so that's good.
once you make that phone call you will feel like you've got a plan.
also, make sure you take advice from one of the debt charities, you can't go br without seeking advice. i spoke to national debt helpline who were incredibly helpful.

Well , there it is 3rd and 4th of December. The local court does a two day system. Papers , money and swearing one day, see the judge the next. Just to keep me sweating I guess.
Still part one out of the way, headache has subsided a bit and I can see a future.
