For those like me who got their order cancelled - M&S are doing a daily deal for a 16" with DVD player and freeview for £149 (reduced from £189)

i've been looking at tv's for about a month of around this size.

after all the research i nearly bought a 19" Tosh from John Lewis with built in DVD for £200.

but for the amount of use it will get in the end i went for this;

Digimate make great PC monitors (had one for about 5 years and still going strong), and this has 3 good reviews on ebuyer. Also has 5ms response time - which is great for games consoles.

Also these are older stock they are trying to clear so are in boxes with 5 year guarantee. The new ones only come with 2 year guarantee for that size (bigger ones have 5y). The guy just put on the receipt that it was 5 instead of 2 years.

Your lucky my local said they don't price match their internet offers and would only sell it for £149!! Oh well:rolleyes:

Well, i was expecting an email to cancel after reading all your posts but just got one saying it has been despatched and will be here on Monday. So fingers crossed until Monday.
