Blocking witheld numbers

Hi,
Is it possible to stop withheld numbers from calling your mobile? I am registered with the TPS but this has not stopped witheld numbers calling only sales calls? I know some people have a facility called ACR on landlines etc but is it possible to do it on a w810i on orange?
Any ideas?

I have the K750i and its not possible on this. But when I get an incoming call on the screen I get the options Answer or Busy. I press busy if people withhold their number
