    I've already started getting my mountain retreat sorted. It'll really be time for "off grid" living when that happens.

    Just need to find a gun and some ammo...

    I don't want to worry you, but there aren't too many mountains in the South East.

    I suppose you could become LeeGrampian or LeeSnowdon, but if you find the gun, I guess we could just call you 'Sir.';)

    My old dears are desperate for me to buy a house - although they still fail to grasp the idea of a 20 - 25% deposit (or £50k+ :eek:).

    They are adamant that 'we will miss the boat'. I've watched over 200 houses in my area and the only properties that are selling are decent bungalows by the old generation and big, nice houses bought by those who sold before the first crash.
    30th June 2021 completely debt free…. Downsized, reduced working hours and living the dream.
