Hi All,
I'm new to this board (someone on one of the other boards ket telling me how wonderfull it is here so I thought I'd have a look) I already do a lot of the things I've read on here but one thing I've never been good at is food shopping. I've never been good at cooking and in general I'd rather do anything that working in the kitchen but in an effort to reduce my shopping cost I'm going to give it a go.
Anyway I wonder if anyone could share some lowfat recipies with me (I've tried looking on the net but they're all in American  and I don't recognise the ingreedients or measurments.
I'm really interested in getting a lowfat pastry recipe, apple pies (I've got loads of apples about to turn) muffins or oat cake type things to replace the expensive cerial bars I usually buy. But any lowfat cheap recipes that are impossible to mess up would be appreciated lol
