What kind of accident was it? On the very limited information given, it would appear to be quite a coincidence.
How long have you been employed for?Gone ... or have I?0 -
What company documents are you accused of falsiffying?
What kind of accident did you have?
Both of these accusations if proven on probability are Gross misconduct and instant dismissal.
The other issues seems to be irrelevent to the discliplinary imo although if you feel strongly enough you could raise a grievance although I suspect your only intention in that would be to cloud the discliplinary0 -
and did you?make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

How did you sustain this head injury?
When you say signed off by a GP how exactly was this done? Often GP's will only early on give a note saying you presented with symptons. i.e not that you definitly had it.
Also in what way are you accused of falsifying them. Are you accused of fraudulent activity to obtain them from a doctor or are you accused of photoshopping them up.
What exact proof do you have of your head injury and accident and will you be able to get a verifiable medical report confirming the injury.0 -
Sorry but that proves nothing. You attended a GP who referred you to a hospital for test and diagnosis. Nothing was diagnosed so you could quite easily have been fine and lying.
You attended a hospital for tests. What did these tests diagnose?
As the accident was the day before I would sugggest that unless either diagnosed you then you are well in the crap as it all looks very convenient. I certainly wouldnt believe it.0
