Advise needed please!!
Im due to go on maternity leave after xmas and due to Statatry maternity pay being really low my wages will be cut by at least half.
This will mean that my out goings will be more than whats coming in.
My main thing i pay is my loan, i owe about 5k off a 9k loan and have about 2.5 yrs left on it.
It is through lloyds (who i also bank with) and rather than becoming in a mess with none payment of loan etc what do you think the chances of reducing payments or something are as it will be on going for about 10 months. i also DONT have payment protection (thought i did but have checked and i dont)
Any advise on what to do would be greatly welcomed!

I think Lloyds are very unlikely to agree to this - and it would probably count as a black mark on your credit file in any case.
If there is no family member or partner who can help you out, I strongly suggest you speak to citizens advice or CCCS or national debtline about your options.
