Endowment Questionnaire Query

Hi,

I'm still in the questionnaire completing stage for the 5 endowments I believe I was mis-sold. I've searched the site for an answer to my question; and wondered if you could help. On a couple of the questionnaires I've been asked to divulge details relating to other endowment policies I had at the time I applied for the endowment I'm completing the questionnaire about and any subsequent endowments I took out. I'm suspicious about giving these details as I presume it will have an effect on my complaint but I don't understand how and why. Any information would be gratefully received.

Fantastic website, I would not have started the complaints process without it- thanks.

They are trying to find out whether you are telling lies or not.

Answer the questionnaire truthfully and you have nothing to fear.

Hi Corinne, they will try to use this information to prove you were not risk averse. They are not allowed to do this though as the fact that you already had an endowment is no grounds for miss-selling you another one, after all how would they know that your previous endowments was not miss-sold also
    regards Vinno.
