How do I sell up & move!?

So, has anyone had any experience of getting an advance whilst on a DMP? Do I have ANY chance of getting extra money for upgrading (should that be the best option)?
Anybody who has been in a similar situation - I would welcome your input!

My friend is an estate agent and she says lots of people have already made a decision about a house before they enter the front door. She thinks a tidy front etc is worth more that a new kitchen or bathroom. I know that when my neighbours sold their house they put in a new kitchen only for the new people to rip it out the first week they moved in. Good luck with it all.January budget

Thanks for that. I guess I didn't really factor in the idea that people would want a "fixer-upper". I think ripping out a perfectly good kitchen is madness, but that's people for you!!Lightbulb moment March 2004 (Debt £55,000) & debt-free as of May 2007 (thanks to CCCS, and a remortgage to clear last £20,000).
