    I got my shampoo yesterday but the shop staff were really rude when I didn't make any additional purchases. I love Space NK but can't really afford most of it and do find the staff rather snooty.

    My sister said that the staff were a bit snooty with her too, ridiculous really! I really dislike people who work in posh shops and think they're better than everyone else.

    Still, she is very happy with her shampoo!
