If you get back together again then the BR will be easier regards the house. As the family home has no equity in it the OR will usually ask if your wife would like to buy the beneficial interest (BI) for £211 plus £1.
The other house will go into the BR.
Yep! you do not declare anything that is below £1k as it is not classed as an asset, the exception being cars that you own.
You honestly need to take some professional advice from one of the debt charities. Some links and no.'s in my sig. There are more in the Bankruptcy Help sticky, which I strongly advise you to read.
