Just thought I would share my mini success with you all. I have just totalled up my outstanding debt figure for this month and have managed to pay off £594 off my debt in a month and now owe £6889.23:j
I've still got a way to go but have made such fantastic progress in the last two months since discovering MSE. I've made lots of savings on interest by credit card shuffling, changing utility suppliers and saving 20p's and £2 coins. I have also successfully claimed £460 in unfair bank charges back too.:T
I have increased the amount of money I make on Ebay by selling items for friends for commission and have started selling on Amazon too. I have also made about £140 on Quidco alone.
Overall feeling very positive and happy:rotfl:

I just thought I would share my result for today!! I went to pick my daughter up from nursery this afternoon and was told very apologetically that I have been overpaying since Feb this year as her fees went down when she turned 2 and that the nursery owe me £573!!!! I'm well chuffed as I now have additional cash to snowball onto my debts for the next 5 weeks (and treat myself to a coat for winter!!). On top of that this time next Friday my Lloyds Platinum will be paid off in full and then I will be down to my two remaining credit cards with a total debt of approx £4.5k left. YAY!!! I can't wait to be debt free and I can finally see that the end is in sight and very achievable. Thanks to MSE and all of the great advice and tips I get on a daily basis, I wouldn't have reached this point without everyone's great contributions. My mantra is "Never pay full price!"
